After many times staying in Sanur we decided to try and stay somewhere different(usually stay near the beach). We could not have chosen a better place to stay than Aleesha. We stayed in the studio room and loved every minute. Our one week stay turned into a two week stay. All the staff would do anything in the world to help you. Highly recommended.

All the time we had was a weekend to spend in Bali and could not have chosen better acommodation than Aleesha Village.
We stayed in the Studio Apartments which were very roomy and self contained (should you wish to cook!!) and with the layout of the Studio Apartments around the pool, afternoon drinks became the norm and everyone became friends. Do youself a favour and have a look at the Private Villas, they are really something to see.
The location was perfect for us - quiet, relaxing and fun, it is only a 5 minute walk to the Restaurants and shop - not taxi's necessary.
All the Staff were so helpful and nothing was ever a problem – and we
send a big thank you to let them know how wonderful they are.

We had the pleasure of staying at Aleesha Villas, Sanur for 10 days in August 2010 and right from our airport pickup to our departure we had a fantastic holiday.
Our one bedroom villa, with its’ own pool, outside kitchen and sitting area, was superbly appointed. The décor was typically Balinese and the villa was kept spotless both inside and out. The staff and management at Aleesha Villas were efficient without being intrusive as most people are there for a relaxing time and keep pretty much to themselves. Every morning after 9am two of the staff arrived at the villa to personally cook your breakfast – we alternated between the Western cooked breakfast and Nasi Goreng. Then later on, when we had gone out for the morning, the villa was cleaned, the washing up done and the bed made. Our villa was surrounded by high walls on two sides up which grew bamboo and where a couple of families of very small birds had made their nests. Lying there half asleep each afternoon watching these birds flying around with small bits of twig was the most relaxing thing to be doing. Each evening we wandered down to the beach (about a 10 – 15 minute walk away) and had a beer with some satay or spring rolls. This was followed by a curry or something similar at another restaurant. And on the odd occasion we even had pudding – sweet and sticky black rice pudding cooked in coconut milk. The number of restaurants to choose from in Sanur incredible and each seemed to be of a high standard of cleanliness, so no Bali Belly for us this time around (during a previous visit to Bali in 2001 we had both been quite ill). One evening we staying in the villa and a local chef and his assistant arrived to cook us dinner. We had what can only been described as a Balinese Banquet! I suppose the only thing that might put some people off staying at Aleesha Villas is the fact that it is in a quiet residential area off the main street. However, we loved this and both the children and adults living nearby were very friendly. We even came across a cow wandering around one evening – I think it had escaped from the temple at the top of the road! We timed the walk from the Villas up to the main road and even at a leisurely pace it only took 7 minutes, with the beach being a further 5 minutes walk away. We will definitely be going back next year.

Beatiful grounds and great service. Location is a bit out of the way, a 5 minute walk to the main road, close to the Hyatt resort. That means that by foot it's about 10 minutes to the beach, and 10 minutes to the restaurants and shops. The airco pointed at the bed made it a bit difficult to sleep: too cold/windy if left on, too warm if turned on. Fresh orange juice instead of mixed would be better. Despite that, the amenities, quiet location, and friendly service made it a good stay for me.

Stayed in the villa section, & for some reason I was expecting the pool to be the usual plunge pool, so was pleasantly suprised when it was a lot larger.
We had the one bedroom villa, but in the bedroom, it also had a single bed as well as a king size. There was an indoor lounge area to watch the 40" flatscreen tv, or you could watch dvd's or just play your music on the cd player.
Decent size bathroom with a big bath, separate shower, with rainforest shower or the ordinary shower that you could remove. Toiletries, hairdryer, & separate toilet area. Good clean towels changed daily.
Outside area had the pool, with 2 sunloungers & umbrella, lounge area, fully equipped kitchen where someone would come to cook your breakfast, an outdoor shower & another toilet area.
Very convenient location, handy to Hardy's & Cosmo Spa, nearby loads of the well known restaurants as well as warungs---------plenty of taxis to get you over to Kuta or where ever.
The service was excellent, from Evie & Yani in the office to all the maintenance staff that took care of the villas, & I'd definately stay again.

Our stay at Aleesha Villas was a perfect fit for our holiday, the peaceful surroundings a haven to retreat to. Yani, Evi and the staff have found the balance of attentive service and respect for privacy. Looking forward to our next stay.

Hi All staff,
Well the holiday has been over now for a couple of weeks nearly and it is only due to 'getting back into the swing' that I have not sent this email any sooner.
We wanted to send a thank you to yourself and all of the staff at Aleesha Villas for such a wonderful stay.
The Staff: To all those who were responsible each day for the cleaning of the villa - thank you for a wonderful job done. We appreciated the job and loved seeing the happy smiling faces each day. I just hope that other holiday makers realize that without these people the villas would not function as well as they do. Thank you to all once again.
Yanie - well....this is a person who was there to answer any of our questions, help with anything that she possibly could - and always had a smile and a lovely attitude. There was never anything that was a chore, always happy and lovely to chat with. Thank you Yanie for being there every day for us and being there to do anything you could to make our stay as pleasant and carefree as possible. A big thank you also for organizing the doctor for Gary, and the liquids that he needed so quickly - he is still recovering, just from tiredness now, other than that all well again.
The Drivers - would not have been without them, whether that be Teja, or both the guys responsible for collecting and returning us to the airport - please pass on our thanks to them too. It is just a pity we did not get the chance to hire their services more.
Aleesha Villas are the place we are recommending to all that we speak with. Since our holiday we have shown many family and friends the leaflet on Aleesha along with our photos of the villa and its grounds. This is a place to be proud of. We cannot praise it enough, the people / staff are lovely people always smiling and only too happy to help -
it is 'the place' to stay when visiting Bali.
A big thank you to everyone - we miss you all.
Gary & Jenny Hayes

I recently stayed at Aleesha in one of their luxurious Villas. It is very modern and has all the amenities you could wish for including your own private pool. The staff have been highly trained by Western management with customer service being top of the list. I needed a relaxing holiday and wasn't disappointed.

My wife & I stayed with Aleesha Villas just after completion of stage one, when we were flooded out of a nearby Resort. We stayed in a one bedroom villa which was extremely spacious & looked out on to a lovely pool & garden setting. The villa was totally private & had quality furnishings & all mod cons. Top quality Villa & good value for money. Highly recommended.
