Staying at Aleesha Villas gives you the freedom to be totally independent and
self-sufficient, or the choice of relaxing and having us organise some extras for you.

On arrival at Aleesha, you will appreciate the cool drink and cold towel that has been prepared for your arrival. The refrigerator will be stocked with any items you have requested prior to your arrival, as well as chilled bottled water and a mini-bar. The bathroom will be supplied with soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath foam and tissues, and your bedroom will be
pre-cooled for you.

From then on, your holiday in "The Island of The Gods" begins in earnest.

All villa kitchens are well-equipped so you can choose to shop for groceries and whip up dinner or lunch, or you can request the services of a chef to cook in-villa for you. The Studio kitchens are fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, kettle and toaster, but who wants to cook while you're on holiday anyway. Alternatively, you may prefer to simply call a taxi and be taken to one of the many great restaurants in Sanur,
or further afield.

Your Continental, Indonesian or Western breakfast will be prepared and served each morning in your villa at the time you request. Menus from a selection of local restaurants are available should you opt for “take out” at any time.

The villa will be serviced daily by our housekeeping team who are there to help you in any way possible. They will take care of all routine work such as cleaning your villa, washing dishes, changing linen and towels, tidying your garden and maintaining your pool, etc.

They are very discreet, and you will rarely notice their presence.
Your Continental or Indonesian breakfast will be delivered each morning to your studio at the requested time.

The Front Office is generally open during normal hours, and at other times according to check-in and check-out requirements. A growing DVD and book library is available for your use.

Complimentary drop-off services to Hardy's Supermarket in Sanur, and to Sindhu Beach, Sanur are available each day departing Aleesha at 09:00, 12:00 and 15:00. Please book with the Front Office at least 30 minutes prior to preferred departure time.

From dusk till dawn, a dedicated Security Guard is on-site to ensure your safety at all times. A room safe is available in each villa and studio for storage of valuable items and travel documents.

Cable TV, CD stereo, and DVD Player are available in each villa and studio, and there is complimentary Wi-Fi available for your laptop.

to your arrival, and we’ll do all the work for you.

Deposits, Payments and Terms and Conditions
Confirmation of booking cannot be given prior to receipt of 50% deposit.
The balance (50%) is due no later than 14 days prior to commencement of stay.
We will forward bank account details to your secure email when required. Credit card facilities are available via PayPal. Please note that accounts settled on check-out by credit card will include a 3.0% merchant fee.

PayPal also accepted, please add 3.0% to the cost to cover Merchants charges.

Guest will be required to pay for incidentals, such as laundry, telephone, etc.,
on check-out. Please note that an 11% government tax will be levied on all incidental charges appearing on your bill.

Final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be received by us at least 14 days prior to arrival (or together with the Reservation Form if booked less than 30 days in advance of arrival). Failure to make the final payment on a timely basis will make reservations subject to automatic cancellation.

A US$50 administration fee will be charged for any change or cancellation of booking after a confirmation has been issued (i.e., after deposit paid). Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by villa management.

Cancellation of a booking within 30 days of guest arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit(s) and payments made.

Refund of monies paid for rental will be made only under the following circumstances:
The villa/studio becomes unfit for habitation and no equivalent alternative can be obtained.
This qualifies for a 100% refund;
The villa or studio is re-booked by another party for the period of the initial booking. If only a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rata refund will be made. Any rental payments which qualify for a refund, whether in whole or pro-rata, will be subject to a deduction of a 15% administration fee.
